China to improve foreign investment structure
Text of report by Xinhua news agency Beijing, 4th April: China is going to make an effort to put more foreign investment into infrastructure, basic industries, high technology, value-added industries, and large key projects, according to the State Planning Commission.It expects to look for direct foreign investment of 530bn to 270bn US dollars during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period (2005-2010).
